PLEASE NOTE: We care about you, all our customers, and our craftspeople. For health reasons, organic earrings and organic body jewelry that have been worn cannot be returned! If you are not sure that the organic jewelry you received is the right size, or that you will like the way it looks, don't try it on! We are happy to replace any jewelry defective in materials or craftsmanship for up to 6 months from the day you ordered it from us! YOU MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER. Return / Exchange Information: BEFORE you send an item to us for exchange or replacement, you need to email us at sales@OrganicEarrings.com with the following information: 1. Please tell us why you are returning the item and what happened to it if it is damaged. Be as thorough as possible, but please limit your explanation to 150 words. This is only so we can better serve you and improve the quality of our products for you and everyone in the future and will not affect the status of your return. We will provide you with the best quality service we can offer. 2. The original copy of the receipt we emailed to you. 3. The item number of the product you want to send back to us. 4. The item number of the product that you would like in exchange. Please include a second choice in the event your first choice is not available. 5. Your phone number, email address, and address that you want the item shipped to. We will contact you to approve your return, and give you the proper address to send it to.
