SATYA (loyalty)

This ancient script, derived from traditional Hindi Sanskrit, is called "Aksara Suci" (pronounced "ok-sara soo-chy"). AKSARA is believed to contain magical energy that only exists when it is transcribed by the hand of a Brahamana, the lineage of an ancient bloodline of priests. Our master carver, Aji Gustu, and his family are descended of this lineage and were kind enough to share with us the ephemeral energy contained in this script and language. The words used here are the Alus form of Balinese language. This is considered to be the most refined and respectful form, and is used in reference to all things sacred and respected. We carefully chose simple words with vast meaning to inspire the heart and soul of those who wear it. We are very privileged to carry such a unique fusion of design, culture and energy, brought together by a culmination of communication, research, heredity and inspiration, fused to create a delicate balance of form and energy. The AKSARA for each piece is carefully chosen to reflect the energy of the form on which it is transcribed. The design of the forms is of my own inspiration, while the style of the calligraphy is from the hand of Aji Gustu. We are pleased with the collaboration of energy and talents, and believe we have created, or channeled, as it may be, a very special collection that will balance, inspire and lighten the step of whomsoever wears it. ...walk, laugh, sing, dance and cry in harmony with the Universe...
